    • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Candidates should possess an M.Sc., M.E., or M.Tech. degree in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale. Additionally, they must have qualified in national eligibility tests such as NET or GATE.​

    • Research Associate-I (RA-I): Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in a pertinent field or an M.E./M.Tech. degree with at least three years of research experience, accompanied by at least one publication in a recognized scientific journal.​

  • Age Limit (as of April 20, 2025):

    • JRF: Maximum age of 28 years​

    • RA-I: Maximum age of 35 years​

  • Age Relaxation:

    • Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST): Relaxation of up to 5 years​

    • Other Backward Classes (OBC) Non-Creamy Layer: Relaxation of up to 3 years​

    • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Additional relaxation of up to 10 years​

    • Ex-Servicemen: As per the prevailing Government of India norms​

Selection Process:
