Selection Process for Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts, Materials Management, Civil)
Selection is based on an Offline/Online Objective Test (80 questions, 80 marks, 90 minutes) followed by a Personal Interview. Exams will be held at Bangalore and/or Mysuru. Depending on the number of applications received, the selection procedure may vary.
How to apply for Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts, Materials Management, Civil)
- Visit the official BNPM website at www.bnpmindia.com and download the prescribed offline application format and the relevant certificate forms.
- Fill in the application form clearly and completely on one side of A4 paper. Ensure name, date of birth and other particulars exactly match your certificates.
- Obtain a Demand Draft for ₹800/- (General/OBC) drawn in favour of “BNPM Recruitment Account” payable at Mysuru from any Nationalised Bank (validity 3 months). SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from fee.
- Attach self-certified copies of all required documents: educational qualification certificates and mark sheets (all semesters), age proof (SSC certificate), category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as applicable), experience certificates (if any), and a recent passport size photograph.
- If CGPA/grade-based marks, attach the university/institute document showing percentage equivalent.
- Superscribe the envelope as: “Application for the Post of AM (………………….) – Ref: Advt. No. 02/2026 dtd. 06.03.2026”.
