Applications are invited only through the prescribed offline application form (Annexure‑A), sent by email.
- Download and fill the prescribed application form in Annexure‑A as per the notification.
- Attach a set of self‑attested copies of all essential and additional/desirable qualification certificates, age proof, experience proof, caste certificate (if applicable), Aadhar Card and complete mark sheets of all qualifications.
- Furnish detailed experience information for each organisation served, including nature of duties.
- Ensure the application form clearly mentions date of birth, contact details, address, year of passing, percentage or equivalent percentage for CGPA, company name, period of working, area of working and pay‑scale/CTC for each job.
